I started the 21 Day Meal Plan back in December after seeing Jasmine’s page. I went through a tough break up and gained about 25 lbs that I knew I needed to get off. After doing my own research, I purchased the plan using Jasmine’s code and the cookbook from Etsy and started my journey.
I am now completing Round 3 and feeling great! The plan has really helped me to lose weight (25 lbs!) and body fat (24%) while feeling very energetic and satisfied. I don’t miss the sugar or the salt, and water has become my new best friend.
