Ama’s 21 Day Meal Plan™ Success Story

Most of us have probably been there—when times get tough, we turn to food for comfort. This then leads to undesired weight gain and tends to make the tough times even tougher. Breaking that vicious cycle and replacing bad food habits with healthy ones is so important—and that’s what the 21 Day Meal Plan™ has done for me and so many others.

It’s what happened for Ama, too! Read on for her story in her own words:

I started the 21 Day Meal Plan™ back in December after seeing Jasmine’s page. I went through a tough break up and gained about 25 lbs that I knew I needed to get off. After doing my own research, I purchased the plan using Jasmine’s code and the cookbook from Etsy and started my journey.

I am now completing Round 3 and feeling great! The plan has really helped me to lose weight (25 lbs!) and body fat (24%) while feeling very energetic and satisfied. I don’t miss the sugar or the salt, and water has become my new best friend.

Thank you!

AMA good for you! I’m glad that your are doing well on your program! I should probably get the cook book also but so far when I look at the meal plans a lot of it is food that I don’t eat for religious reasons. I grew up mainly ovo-lacto vegetarian. I don’t eat pork and I don’t like beef. I only eat chicken breast, tuna, salmon, turkey breast. No other meats…and I don’t eat a lot of meat. I’m trying to eat fruit, vegetables, salad without to many calories from dressings. I’m eating the bean patties that the diet recommends. I’ve lost a few pounds. Gotta get online so that I can keep on track by reading about people like you because that is inspiring! So…thanks for the email…it is inspiring! Your doing great! Good for you!

Ama…are you SDA religion? I grew up that way but I’m not a member.
