We’ve all been there—that wake-up call telling us it’s time to make a change for the better. Sometimes it takes a few times to really stick, but with dedication, I believe that we’re truly capable of anything. I just wanted to share my story so far, even though I’m still on my journey!
July 4th, 2018: I was at my dad’s enjoying the pool with my fam and some friends. My friend got her phone out and started taking pictures of us. When she sent them over to me—BAM… Total wake up call. I had to do something.
A girl I went to high school with stumbled across the 21 Day Meal Plan and shared it with me. Of course, I was skeptical when I saw people’s results and thought there was no way this works. But I bought the plan and started immediately. My first round I lost 16 lbs! I started going to the gym a couple times a week, trying new recipes, and doing my best to stay on track. Now, almost a year later…I’m down 53 lbs, feeling AMAZING, and loving life.
This plan is the easiest thing to follow and IT WORKS! Unlike all the other plans that are hard to stick to. This is my way of eating now, and I will never look back. I still have another 20 lbs I want to lose, but I am in no hurry! Thank you so much, Tiffany—for sharing this plan with so many people and helping us get our lives back!
