Amy’s 21 Day Meal Plan Success Story

Amy’s 21 Day Meal Plan story is so inspiring, so amazing, and so impressive. She’s someone I’m so proud to call my friend and fellow #mealplanbabe™! Read on for her incredible experience in her own words:

When I think back to starting the 21 Day Meal Plan, I almost don’t recognize that girl. She was suffering so badly and feeling so terrible. She was dying to get some kind of control of her life, but it kept slipping through her fingers. She never wanted to go anywhere. She never wanted to hang out with anyone. Her life was completely and utterly limited.

I weighed 320.8 pounds and I was hopeless. I was afraid of the future, irritable, tired constantly, taking naps every day, binge eating every night, never laughing with my husband, and avoiding social situations for fear of people being shocked at my size.

For a couple of years, I had dreamed of losing all my weight and documenting it along the way. I watched many people do just that on Instagram and was so inspired by them. I found Tiffany and Jasmine and was immediately intrigued by their success. I followed both of them for about 3 months, asking questions and feeling out this whole 21 Day Meal Plan thing. Then, what seemed like an absolute sign from God, Tiffany posted that she was looking for women to lose weight and document their journey. I couldn’t believe that what I had prayed for was falling right into my lap! I applied immediately to become an influencer for the meal plan, and here I am 7 months later.

The 21 Day Meal Plan has taken that sad, lost girl and transformed her into what I’m proud to say is now me; a confident, driven, determined, and hopeful woman. I’m energized, looking forward to the future, more patient, smiling all the time, always laughing with and teasing my husband, playing and laughing with my kids, and genuinely excited to see people and leave the house. I am living life with such purpose and passion today. I have not only lost 90 pounds and 24 inches—I have gained a family. My Meal Plan Babes™ are some of the most important people in my life. I have an unbelievable network of people that share my struggles and my victories. They cheer me on no matter the occasion. They stand in my corner and allow me to vent or cry or scream. They are my people. Do you have any idea how good that feels?

Why do I do it? Honestly, for me! I know I’m supposed to say my kids, but if I’m not good to go, then nobody’s good to go, you know? I keep going for me. I keep going so that my husband can have the wife that he deserves. I keep going so my kids can have a mom who gets on the floor with them and laughs so much her cheeks hurt. I keep going so my parents can leave this world knowing their daughter is happy. And mostly…mostly I keep going because I believe that this world needs me and that I can really make a lot of good happen here. I am my why!

The 21 Day Meal Plan has taught me what role food plays in my life. It has given me the tools to uncover my struggles and begin to work on them. This plan has changed my life in countless ways and it’s only getting started.  I am so insanely grateful for Tiffany and her meal plan for giving me my life back.
