My name is Asia, I’m 24 years old, and I’ve struggled with my weight for what feels like forever. I’ve tried EVERYTHING and I mean it…everything. I never stuck to it.
Almost 3 months ago, I found the 21 Day Meal Plan Instagram page and it has truly changed my life—it’s changed how I shop, it’s changed what I buy. I look at ingredients in EVERYTHING now. Starting this plan made me get into nutrition and see how many nasty ingredients and how much salt I was actually eating before.
I’m on round 4 now! I consider myself mostly compliant with a little twist; now I add in things here and there sometimes that aren’t compliant. But every meal and basically my whole life when it comes to food revolves around the meal plan! With everything I eat, I make sure I’m still 90% compliant.
