Most women diet, lose weight, gain it back, add 10 pounds, and repeat. Tiffany Elizabeth has created a meal plan that teaches you how to cook delicious, filling food that will keep your weight off forever. When you conquer weight loss and health, you will finally feel in control and proud about how your body looks and feels.

No two bodies are the same, so you will need to test different food and see which ones agree with your body and which ones do not.


COOKING

Many people either starve themselves when starting a new diet, or they eat food that is healthy but tastes terrible. Our method is to teach you to cook the best food for your body, that will taste even better than all of the unhealthy foods you can find! This is the only way my husband and I have been able to stick to this lifestyle for more than 30-60 days. By cooking delicious food that is healthy and that turned our bodies into fat-burning machines, we have many lifestyle changes that will last the rest of our life!

INTERMITTENT FASTING

I intermittent fast by only eating 1, 2, or 3 times a day, depending on what kind of goals I have, and many studies have shown the benefits of intermittent fasting. When eating 4, 6, 8 or more times a day, this spikes insulin all day which encourages the body to resist more sugar coming into the cells. The excess sugar is then stored as fat in the body. I had to start with 3 meals a day, with an 8-10 hour eating window to get used to this.


LOW CARB DIET

Along with intermittent fasting, a low carbohydrate diet stops the storage of fat and can start turning fat back into usable energy. Instead of losing weight in general, I started losing fat deposits in my body! When I first lost weight, I lost some fat + protein, leaving me with “loose skin.” A low carbohydrate diet has been shown to stop this effect.

BRINGING IT TOGETHER

By cooking amazing meals that are nutrient-dense, intermittent fasting, and eating low amounts of carbs, we have been able to heal our digestion issues, our addiction to food, and lose a lot of fat! Our bodies have never felt better!
