Here's what we are going to aim for in August!
1. Commit to a clean ketogenic diet for 21 days starting August 1, 2024 2. Download one of our Keto Books here 3. Join our Clean Keto Fam Facebook Group facebook.com/groups/cleanketofam for support and community 5. Post regularly for accountability (anonymous posting is fine too) 6. No cheat days or meals 7. No water goals - drink when thirsty and monitor your urine color for proper hydration 9. Exercise is not required 10. Electrolytes daily to avoid the keto flu 11. Measure both non scale and scale victories 12. Take before photos 13. Focus on reaching your sleep goals 14. Cook at home as much as possible 15. Monitor your blood sugar along the way if possible 16. Read the Obesity Code 17. Watch Fat Fiction and The Magic Pill on Youtube
This will make the BIGGEST long lasting impact. Bigger than anything else we have done previously. It's 21 days. You can do this!!!
