This challenge is far from your typical weight loss routine. We have a vibrant community of over 13,000 amazing individuals ready to support each other through the next 21 days, and we are here to help you succeed!

Here's what we are going to aim for in August!

1. Commit to a clean ketogenic diet for 21 days starting August 1, 2024
2. Download one of our Keto Books here
3. Join our Clean Keto Fam Facebook Group  facebook.com/groups/cleanketofam for support and community
5. Post regularly for accountability (anonymous posting is fine too)
6. No cheat days or meals
7. No water goals - drink when thirsty and monitor your urine color for proper hydration
9. Exercise is not required
10. Electrolytes daily to avoid the keto flu
11. Measure both non scale and scale victories
12. Take before photos
13. Focus on reaching your sleep goals
14. Cook at home as much as possible
15. Monitor your blood sugar along the way if possible 
16. Read the Obesity Code
17. Watch Fat Fiction and The Magic Pill on Youtube 

This will make the BIGGEST long lasting impact. Bigger than anything else we have done previously. It's 21 days. You can do this!!!

ELECTROLYTES AND VITAMINS

Here is the link to the page of electrolytes. You can do unflavored or flavored depending on how strict you want to be during your fasting window. Some people have stevia, some people don't. Up to you!
