Cobb Salad


  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2/3 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, pitted and diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing


  1. Cook bacon and chicken: I like to do poached chicken. Slice it thin and then high boil in salt water for 3-5 mins.
  2. Prepare your veg: Slice tomatoes, avocado and cucumbers.
  3. Build you bowl: Layer all ingredients in a bowl and top with ranch dressing.

This salad is full of nutritious vegetables and packed with protein! Making it a great lunch or dinner option to keep you feeling full and satiated.
