
Ingredients:
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2/3 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado, pitted and diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
Instructions:
- Cook bacon and chicken: I like to do poached chicken. Slice it thin and then high boil in salt water for 3-5 mins.
- Prepare your veg: Slice tomatoes, avocado and cucumbers.
- Build you bowl: Layer all ingredients in a bowl and top with ranch dressing.
