Okay I’ve had cracked heels for as long as I can remember. Seriously, I don’t remember a time when I didn’t have them 😅
I always weirdly thought it was genetics because my parents both had it and I knew so many people who did. One of those common but not normal things.
Once I discovered that the majority of symptoms are vitamin deficiencies or food intolerances, it made me wonder. Why are my heels cracking in the first place?
So the verdict was - cracked heels are a b3 deficiency. Thank you Dr Berg! Off to amazon I went and bought some. Started taking it and BAM - gone!
I started getting messages from people on IG who had previously extremely cracked heels and now had baby soft heels. It’s really amazing to be able to share this with you guys and have the same results. No creams needed :)
I just bought this one on Amazon. Any brand will do I’m sure. I took 2 a day until they were gone and now take it occasionally. Make sure to get the flush free version :)

Is a b-complex enough or does it need to be a concentrated B3 supplement?? Thanks!
