Easy Keto Cheeseburger Bowls


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 head of lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite type)
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced

Special Keto Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice (optional for extra flavor)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Break it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Prepare the Vegetables: While the beef is cooking, chop the lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the red onion and pickle.

Make the Keto Dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pickle juice (if using). Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Cheeseburger Bowls:

    • In each serving bowl, layer the chopped lettuce as the base.
    • Add a scoop of cooked ground beef on top of the lettuce.
    • Sprinkle with shredded cheese, then add cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion and pickles.

    Drizzle with Dressing: Generously drizzle the special keto dressing over each bowl.
