Easy Keto Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 large carrots, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Chicken: Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
