Fall Clean Keto Challenge 9/6-9-30/2022

Step 1) Join our private facebook group: www.facebook.com/groups/cleanketofam
Step 3) Commit. Our start date is September 6 but if you discover this challenge later, you can join anytime!
Step 4) Set 30 mins of movement each day whether it be a walk, a heavy duty house-cleaning, a youtube workout, stretching, etc. 
Step 5) Get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. The best way to ensure a restful sleep is to not eat 2-3 hours before bed. This will allow your body to go into a deeper sleep instead of spending all of it's energy digesting food.
Step 6) No CHEAT DAYS! For 98% of people, cheat days are the last day of their plan and they aren't able to get back on track. This is because junk food lights up your taste buds and begins the food cravings again. If you need a treat, just make something keto. Pumpkin cream cheese muffins, chocolate chip cookies, etc. All found in the clean keto for beginners guide.
