Healthy Keto 90 second bread recipe

This how I make my 90 second bread recipe. It's low-carb and so delicious!

Ingredients:

1 Egg 

1/4 cup of Almond flour 

1tbs Greek Yogurt 

A pinch of salt 

Directions:

Spray a bowl with Avocado oil to prevent the bread from sticking, add one egg to the bowl and then add 1/4 cup of Almond flour and mix, add a pinch of salt and continue to mix

Then put the mixture into the microwave for 90 seconds, remove from microwave and then let it cool down and cut it in half, you can toast it and add your favorite fillings to it. I have it with a burger patty ,cottage cheese and mustard!
