Healthy Vanilla Bean Protein Shake

This healthy Vanilla Bean Protein Shake is perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout snack. Packed with protein and delicious vanilla flavor, it’s a nutritious way to fuel your day!

Ingredients: 

 

  • 1 scoop vanilla bean protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions: 

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the scoop of vanilla bean protein powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, frozen banana, vanilla extract, chia seeds (if using), and ice cubes.
  2. Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a sweeter shake, add your sweetener of choice and blend again.
  3. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
