These keto gummies are a low carb and sugar free take on classic gummy bears! Made with 4 ingredients, they take minutes to make and are seriously yummy! These are a perfect guilt-free treat the whole family will enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 box sugar-free jello
- 1 scoop electrolytes (use whichever flavor pairs best with your jello flavor)
- 2 packets unflavored gelatin
- 1/3 cup boiling water
Instructions:
- Combine one packet of jello, 2 packets of unflavored gelatin, 1 scoop of your electrolytes of choice and 1/3 cup boiling water in a bowl and mix very well, until all ingredient have completely dissolved.
- Once dissolved use a dropper to fill the prepared gummy bear mold with the gelatin mixture.
- Allow gummies to sit for 5 minutes to cool. Then place the molds in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to fully cool and set.
- Store gummies in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Tips:
- If you want to make several different flavored gummy bears just repeat this recipe and change up the flavors! I'd recommend getting your hands on several gummy bear molds so you can refrigerate them all at once! YUM!
- Here are the flavors I recommend: Blue Raspberry sugar-free jello with Blue Raspberry Electrolytes, Green Apple sugar-free jello with Apple Candy Electrolytes, Strawberry sugar-free jello with Strawberry Lemonade Punch Electrolytes!
