I’ve been at rock bottom battling my weight for about three years now. I went from being 140 to 205 pounds. I’ve tried everything to lose weight. But I’m hoping THIS is the one thing that work for me. If you could get me started on what to do, I’d so appreciate it! Hope to hear from you soon! :)
So I looked through your most recent IG posts, I’ve been following you for about 4 years and from all your recent discoveries, I feel like I can really get in board with doing this lifestyle. Is there a CGM you highly recommend with accurate readings? That’s the part that’s confusing me is besides what I’m eating is what’s also going to be a good tool to keep track of my sugar. I’ve definitely never used one before, but my dad is diabetic… and my grandma was. I just don’t want to become that way so I’m really trying to change my lifestyle.
