Philly Cheesesteak


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  1. Brown ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

  2. In a separate pan, sauté onions until fragrant. Then add peppers and sauté again until soft.

  3. Add cream cheese and mozzarella cheese to meat mixture. Stir to combine.

  4. Combine meat and veggies and cook for 2-3 mins on medium heat.

Add this on top of a cloud bread wrap for a delicious, healthy dinner!
