ZERO SUGAR PROTEIN PUDDING

This zero sugar chocolate protein pudding is so delicious! It keeps me satiated for hours and uses only 4 simple ingredients. Ready in just a few minutes, it’s perfect for those that need something quick and easy!

Ingredients: 

  • ¾ cup water or almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate ice cream protein
  • 1.5 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder (optional)
  • SF choc chips or fresh fruit (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Instructions:Add all ingredients to a blender, making sure to add the liquid first. Blend until the chia seeds are completely blended and a thick mixture forms.
  2. Serve immediately or let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Top with chocolate chips or your favorite fruit (optional) & enjoy!
