Ingredients:
- ¾ cup water or almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate ice cream protein
- 1.5 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder (optional)
- SF choc chips or fresh fruit (optional)
Instructions:
