Dakota’s 21 Day Meal Plan Success Story

Tiffany here. Struggling with my weight my whole life was…well, a struggle! It was not something I enjoyed, at all. But I also had terrible eating habits and just didn’t know how to get them under control. The 21 Day Meal Plan is what changed that for me, helping me make eating healthy a lifestyle I enjoy instead of something I dread and avoid.

I’ve always been overweight my whole life. I’ve always been the “big kid.”

I remember taking diet pills and starving myself at 13 trying to lose weight. I thought that was the way to go. I thought that was the only way. 

When I was 20, I weighed my highest ever at 250 lbs. I was devastated. I knew I had to change my lifestyle but never knew how. 

I was searching Instagram one night and came upon @jasminelosingit’s page and saw her amazing transformation from the 21 Day Meal Plan! I saw some other girls’ transformations as well as Tiffany’s and knew I needed to give this a shot! 9 months later and now I’m 60 lbs down naturally, and it’s honestly all because of the plan and the community that comes with it!  I’ve never felt so fit and healthy in my ENTIRE LIFE! 

If you’re reading this and in the same spot I was, just know that there is another way. You can do more than you think you can! Be stronger than your excuses.
