Hillary’s 21 Day Meal Plan Success Story

Hillary is an OG Meal Plan Babe™, so getting to read her story in full was so exciting! She’s lost so much weight—it’s incredibly inspiring.

With her permission, I wanted to share her experience with you:  

Hi, my name is Hillary. I am 33 years old, married, and a mother of 3. I first started my weight-loss journey back in December of 2014.

I remember the exact moment as if it were yesterday—my son, 5 at the time, wanted to go outside to play soccer. I was only able to play for maybe 5 mins and then had to bring him back inside. I will never forget the look on my baby’s face when he said he wanted to keep playing and I told him I was tired. That look of disappointment triggered something. That night I created my IG with the encouragement of a fellow weight-loss woman I met on IG.

Once I posted my first before pictures, a fire was lit and I lost 126 lbs in 14 months by working out at home as well as portion control and counting calories. I got pregnant and gained 70 lbs back. In March of 2017, I got back on track and started losing weight again.

As an OG Meal Plan Babe™, I bought the 21 Day Meal Plan back when Tiffany first released it and have lost 47 lbs on it! This means I’ve lost a total of 133 lbs!!

My advice for anyone else on their weight-loss journey is to take it slow! One small change can set the tone for the rest of your life! Just start moving! You are worth living life and not just existing!!
