I personally believe a major part of getting healthy (and therefore of weight loss) is focusing on eating CLEAN as much as possible. By this, I mean eating healthy, real, WHOLE foods and staying away from the processed, chemical-filled junk.
Here are a few examples of better choices versus BAD choices. Take a look at the ingredient list in each and I think you’ll quickly see what I’m getting at:
The moral of the story? Check your ingredients! It only takes a few seconds to quickly read over the ingredients. These are our bodies and it’s our responsibility to make sure we’re putting the best fuel into them that we can!
