Hey boo! Here’s my story:

I’ve tried plenty of things unsuccessfully. I lost weight but would give up as quick as I started, gaining it back and then some. It took years of falling in love with my body to get to a mindset space where I was ready to make it healthier. Once I saw Cortney was doing well on the plan, I decided to give it a shot. I am SO glad I did. This plan has absolutely changed my life and changed the way I see food. I’ve lost 47 lbs since August 15th. I’ve done 2 full rounds but basically eat 80-100% compliant every day. I have about 30 lbs more to go before I decide what I want to do next. Your plan is not just a plan—it’s a lifestyle change and a lifesaver.
