In the picture on the left, my daughter was a 4-month-old, I had gained over 60+ pounds and was well over 200 lbs. I couldn’t lose the baby weight no matter what I did, breastfeeding didn’t help, and I was always hungry.
Fast forward to a year later when I found the 21 Day Meal Plan—I made a choice that would change my life! The picture on the right was taken days ago at 188 lbs.
