With her permission, I’d like to share another wonderful success story with you all:
I started your meal plan in May of 2018 and have made it my lifestyle. As of January, I’m maintaining my weight around 163; my starting weight was 242 on the plan. I’m forever thankful and grateful for the positivity and outlook of our meal plan family. You created a great community!
Here’s a bit about me…
I’m 33 years old, a full-time student and nurse, and a mommy to three babes ages 13, 11, and 18 months. <3 I had my daughter in August of 2017 and suffered from horrible postpartum depression. I was ashamed of myself in every aspect. I was offered a full-time position at a local hospice unit—they explained to me that they would be marketing the new facility and needed group and individual photos for pamphlets and billboards throughout the area. I cringed and cried…but I gained the courage to go buy a beautiful new sweater and jewelry to match. The photos were printed and the billboards went up on every local highway—I cried for three days. I couldn’t believe I let myself get to almost 250 lbs.
I decided shortly afterward that I needed to make serious change for my mental health, my physical health, and my three babes. I stumbled upon your journey and was so inspired. I read into your story and then Jasmine’s and a few others. I thought, “Here’s my tribe, Mommy’s putting in the work.”
I am forever thankful and I’m still working on my health, mind, and body. I start a fresh round tomorrow because my ultimate goal weight is 150 lbs. All scales aside, I’ve grown stronger, my choices are healthier, and I transformed my former self into someone I’m proud of with your assistance and all these wonderful Meal Plan Babes. Thank you, Tiff!!
