I grew up in a family that struggled with obesity, and I was overweight for most of my life. Losing weight wasn’t just hard—it seemed impossible. It took a lot of trial and error to find something that worked long term—and wasn’t just a “quick fix.” That something is the 21 Day Meal Plan!

I’ve been overweight since high school, and now I’m 35. I’ve always wanted to lose weight but didn’t think I would ever be able to because I love food too much, so I always said that I couldn’t lose a pound to save my life. Having 2 children in the past 4 years, my highest pregnancy weight was 228 lbs and while not pregnant, my weight averaged from 190-195 lbs.
This past March I went to a doctor appointment—I weighed 198 lbs and my cholesterol was high. It was embarrassing. That was it! I was going to do something about it this time.
I tried Weight Watchers for the first 3 weeks, and while it taught me how to eat healthier foods, I didn’t learn portion control. I then tried just eating whatever I wanted but only eating 1300 calories a day. I was starving and felt really unhealthy. Then, I tried the 21 Day Meal Plan… Now I finally understand how to be successful and lose weight the healthy way! The scale is dropping at a faster rate than ever.
I am 5’7”. My starting weight was 198 lbs and my current weight 175 lbs. 20 more pounds till I reach my goal of 155 lbs! I feel more confident and motivated than I ever have in my life.
