    Honestly, this meal plan is amazing. I’m not going to sugar coat it. If you follow the plan without without exercise, you WILL lose weight. I lost 13 lbs my first round and have already started another! Tiffany is also a great support, and has laid this plan out in a way that everyone can understand! ❤

    I get to enjoy real food. No counting calories. I just eat super clean healthy food off the list and I lose weight. I dont even have to exercise if I dont want to because the weight falls off your body from eating it. If something isn’t on the list dont eat it. Simple as that.

Always skeptical but after following several people on Instagram who were losing weight and looking great I decided it was time I give it a try and ordered it. The plan works. I lost 17 pounds in 21 days. My husband 17 as well. You find ways to get creative with the food and feel so good doing it.     I tried diet after diet after diet and they all failed. I just completed my first round of this plan and lost -16.2 lbs in 21 days! I am starting another round in 4 days. It is NOT A DIET! It is a lifestyle change, retraining your brain about what you’re eating for, and giving your body what it needs. For once, this is something that feels sustainable. I cannot recommend this enough!

    I LOVE this plan, it dosen’t feel like a diet because it’s much easier to go from the plan again and you eat real food. I followed the plan to 100% in 6 months and i lost 30kg (60lbs)!! Tiffany saved my life.

I’ve lost more than 75 pounds after starting on the 8th of January 2018. I’ve also found new friends through the amazing support group on Facebook! I genuinely think that this plan saved me from myself and gave me a new chance to be myself in the best way I can!

    This is the first time a weight loss plan has worked for me. I’ve done low carb, weight watchers 4 times, several other diets and none of them worked or taught me about food. This plan is simple but definitely takes some preparation. This is not a plan that you can’t prepare for (at least for me) I needed to meal prep because I work a 9-5, if I didn’t bring my meals with me then I could definitely go off track. This plan shows you that whole pure fruits, vegetables, and protein are THE best way to lose weight. Other plans just showed me that if I stayed under my points or whatever that I can eat whatever I want and lose weight. That didn’t work for me. This plan taught me how to lose weight, how to look at ingredients and what not to put in my body, it taught me that bready carbs were what was causing me to majorly gain weight. But the things it taught me that we major for me what that I do have self control, I don’t need junk food just because everyone else is eating it or putting me down for skipping it, it taught me how to properly fuel my body in the purest way, but most importantly it taught me that I definitely can make my weight loss goal and that this is a lifestyle change.

    Honestly, this has been the best $20 I’ve ever spent. This plan has created a huge lifestyle change for my husband and I. Within the last 3-4 months we have lost 73lbs between the two of us.     I have tried a lot of different weight loss plans and this is the only one that I feel I could do the rest of my life! It is difficult at first! But once you get past those first two weeks you feel like you can accomplish anything. If you do buy this plan Totally take advantage of the Facebook group and follow some meal plan babes on Instagram that is what has helped me the most are the people who are going through what I am and seeing the results of others on this plan.     The program is so easy to follow, and it has such a fantastic community. Aside from the 14 inches (?!?!) I lost in the first round, I’ve also so many other positive effects!! If you want something to help you sleep/feel better physically and mentally, be less fatigued/bloated/lethargic, have more energy/be more productive, have reduced brain fog and lose extra weight, this really is the plan for you!

    This plan is a game changer ! You don’t need to count calories but you can if you wanted to. The support from Facebook and Instagram is worth the plan in itself. Tiffany truly cares about helping people and I never get bored . You don’t have to eat everything. There is substitutions for vegetarians and people allergic to nuts . It has helped me focus on reading ingredients and focusing in eating WHOLE FOODS . This isn’t a fan diet for me it’s becoming a lifestyle 🙂

    What if I told you that a one time purchase of under $20 could get you a meal plan that could change your life?
    Would you be willing to invest less than one meal out on something that is flexible and will give you results if you stick to the compliant food list??
    The @21daymealplan has helped me get rid of the weight I gained when I was pregnant and then 20lbs more! I’m so thankful for Tiffany @myadventuretofit for creating a program that works for both men and women! There are thousands following this meal plan from all over the world. My only regret is not finding and starting this plan sooner!

Prior with starting I had struggled with my weight for the longest time, bouncing back and forth from many “diets” loosing some weight but gaining it back and then some with a quickness. This is the only plan I’ve consistently been able to stick to, this is a lifestyle change. The 21 day meal plan has taught me to look at foods in a new way, I’m never deprived and am full of energy!     Best $20 I’ve spent in a long time. The plan works fantastically, but what I didn’t expect, and that is probably even more important, is the support that this investment comes with. You are added to a special Facebook group with thousands of members. Everyone is so so supportive, we share recipes, we share good days and bad days, tips and tricks, NSV’s and so much more. Your are buying into a community of people who have struggled just like you. There are also recipe books for an additional $20 – and they are so fantastic. Ideas you would never have thought of. Get the pla!!! And after doing it for a few rounds get the recipe books. Lifesavers!

    I have just started, but this, by far, is the best meal plan I have tried. Even before beginning the actual plan, having access to the support community like the Facebook group has been so motivating.

    While the food listing on the plan looks minimal, the flavours that come out of the plan are awesome. I promise, if you stick to it, you won’t miss any of the sugar or salt! Having been an avid coffee (better worded as coffee flavoured sugar water..) drinker and smoker (which means I put salt on everything…) I am not missing on any of it!

    I feel full after I eat, I feel empowered to make healthy food choices based on the information provided from the plan, and I feel encouraged by all the wonderful women in the community! Tips, tricks and recipes are shared daily and it definitely makes you excited to go home and try them!! Even if I don’t end up losing weight on this plan (I’m sure I will!) I’m just super pumped for some of these amazing recipes!

    I bought this plan with the simple intention to lose weight. I never realized how much I would GAIN too! I have never been part of such an amazing community before – the support is unreal and EXACTLY what I needed to stick with my journey. The plan is not just a, “here eat this” type of program – you learn to totally transform your lifestyle and relationship with food so that when you lose weight it STAYS off. Everything is delicious, nothing is required (I am allergic to a few things but I can skip them with ease so it hasn’t stopped me from loving the plan). Also…I will never complain about losing tons of inches and 55lbs in less than 6 months (5 months of that with NO exercise) <3

    I have been actively “trying” to lose weight for the past 8 years. Not ONCE have I ever followed through with any plan. Until now! As of yesterday, I completed my first round (-11 pounds and had a few slip-ups!). I found this extremely easy to follow! It is fun experimenting with the compliant foods to re-create the unhealthy foods that I love. Your taste buds do definitely need some time to adjust – but making the change is sooo worth it!

    I definitely would suggest this plan to anyone looking to lose weight, or just become healthier in general! I will continue to follow the plan to lose all of my excess weight, and then will go into maintenance.

    I had bariatric surgery in 2013, I had 3 more babies POST surgery within 3yrs so obviously my lowest weight fluctuated and I wasn’t quite to my goal weight before the first pregnancy after surgey. Anyway I found this plan after my last and final baby Jan 2018, purchased in March 2018. I used the plan while nursing and continue, it’s been the most successful of any diet/lifestyle change I have tried. This plan has truly changed my life. You can customize it to your lifestyle, Whole Foods, clean eating. You will feel good, look great and have the energy from fueling your body with what you actually need. I literally tried everything to lose weight because I had severe PCOS starting at the young age of 8 and unfortunately suffer until this day, ultimately that, rapid weight gain, and being borderline for many other health issues led me to my decision BUT had I found this plan sooner I may have avoided it. I am grateful for my tool aka bariatric surgery because that’s what it is, it’s no miracle it takes hard work and dedication however I am EVEN MORE grateful for Tiffany and the 21 day meal plan.

    I needed something to help me control my sweet tooth going into Christmas. Little did I know my salt tooth was worse! The 21 Day meal plan helped me keep both on track and I lost 10 lbs during my first round without even trying. This is not a fad diet and it really is the best way to learn how to eat healthy. It’s all about eating clean, healthy nutritious foods. It helped me be more aware of ingredients in different foods (SALT is in everything!!!) and not just eating something because it looks or sounds healthy. Food is meant to be fuel for your body, so you really don’t want to fill it with a bunch of unhealthy processed foods. Following this plan gives you control over something I know was out of control for me for many years. I’ve only been on the plan just under 2 months, but I see it as a lifestyle change, not a diet. I used to have really bad digestive problems that the Drs just didn’t know what was going on. No allergies, nothing medically wrong. With this plan, it’s all gone. I haven’t had any problems at all! And with all of the junk I’ve cut out of my diet, I’m not surprised. I know this is going to help me make healthier decisions every day.

    Tiffany is awesome with her live Facebook or Insta videos answering questions and cheering everyone on. She’s not just behind the scenes collecting a check when someone buys the plan. She’s involved and she’s caring. You can tell she is really in this to help other people change their lives the way she changed hers. The “#MealPlanBabe” community is everything! Full of wonderful people working through the same journey to better themselves. You can find awesome recipe ideas and loads of motivation watching everyone share their successes and you will have words of wisdom and encouragement if you struggle.

    10/10 would recommend this plan to anyone looking for a way to control their eating without taking some shady diet pill, without having to buy expensive supplements or diet foods, and without having to question if what you’re doing is healthy, because with this plan it will be.

    I started this journey at 220 lbs. I’m a wife and a mom of 3 and my health has always taken a back seat. I came across this plan by happenstance. I was on Instagram and just looking at random peoples post and saw a pic of someone who was following the plan for a year and had lost over 100 lbs. So I took notice and started looking into the plan to see how many others had been successful and what people were saying about the 21 day meal plan. I couldn’t find anywhere anyone saying that they followed the plan 100 % and failed. Anyone who put forth the effort had succeeded and that’s what sold me. The icing on the cake was Tiffany, the creator of the 21 day meal plan, is so genuine and is more about helping people than making a buck. Her plan is affordable and she is constantly hitting you up for money like other plans. It’s a one time cost efficient plan. I purchased it and started me journey. I just completed my first 21 days and lost 16 lbs without exercising. This plan has a community on Facebook of other people routing and supporting each other. I didn’t consistently go on social media before but saw how great a tool it was so I now have a Facebook and an Instagram (alisbetteringherself). It give me a built in support system and tools to succeed. I will continue on her plan because it isn’t a fad diet but a lifestyle. One I will follow forever.     This plan is amazing! Within the first 2 weeks of starting I felt amazing. I was less tired, had more energy during the day, was less bloated & my heartburn went completely away. Now throw on top of that the fact that I lost 4 inches off my hips in the first 3 weeks.     I have been dieting off and on for the majority of my life (yo-yo dieter) and this is the first diet I can see myself sticking too. It’s not about counting calories (tiresome), buying their products (expensive), or cutting out food groups (not sustainable). It’s about reading labels, being aware of what you put in your body and making healthy versions of the food you love. I’m not a creative cook so I wasn’t sure how I was going to do but the cookbooks have so many good recipes that you never get tired of what you’re eating.
