That just means you have alternatives. When you go out to eat, instead of getting a Cheeseburger and Fries, you get a Bun-less Hamburger and Fries. 590 calories vs 880 calories. For just that one meal, you save almost 300 calories. If you did that every meal, you would be saving 900 calories a day! That is the mind set that will help you successfully maintain your weight.
