I like how quickly the pre workout kicks in. The boost of energy that it gives me. The only I have hard adjusting to is the tingling feeling it gives me because it feels like something is crawling on me. I am not sire if it's suppose to make me tingle but overall I think it's great:)

The cherry is my favorite! I’m not a citrus fan what so ever. So I tend to go for more sweet flavors. I like the raspberry and cherry the most but the cherry is a little less sour. Mix one scoop with 2 or 3 oz of hot water and add ice cubes and it’s like drinking a jello.
I’ll add a little extra scoop when I’m not in the mood to work out and it helps me put 100% into the workout. I love the slight tingling feeling becasue it’s like a little reminder during my workout that makes me push harder
