Works to give me that push I need for workout. The flavor is really tart and I have to drink it real fast. I am still trying to figure out the difference between the preworkout and the motivation. I will buy a different flavor after this container is gone. Good product with good clean ingredients.

Thank you for the review! The motivation and pre-workout are both pre-workouts, but the motivation is focus and energy focused. The base is L-Citruline Malate :) We will be discontinuing the older pre-workouts and sticking to motivation going forward as it is a new and improved formula :)

Love the BCAA’s in this pre workout. I haven’t found anything like it! I have more stamina during the workouts, little to No soreness after workout and I Love that it’s made with stevia that’s a big plus for me!

Energy boost!

I like how quickly the pre workout kicks in. The boost of energy that it gives me. The only I have hard adjusting to is the tingling feeling it gives me because it feels like something is crawling on me. I am not sire if it's suppose to make me tingle but overall I think it's great:)
