I am back on my weight loss journey and wanted to create something I could use to track my food every day. I have the apps and I will usually write my food down and log it at the end of the day to see where I am.
I also prefer something on the counter where I can see it so I never forget. I log each meal of the day and vitamins, water, etc. It motivates me so much more than an app.
I included the quotes that inspired me the most on my journey from 230 to 137.

I love the idea. I’m old school. I like to write everything down. I do have MyFitnessPal but it registers better when I hand write. The journal has everything I want and need. Not too much but not too little.
