I love this stuff!

I am so happy to find a healthy preworkout that is affordable! I started my fitness journey using something off the shelf from Walmart and it definitely worked but was so packed with chemicals that sent me running to the bathroom everytime. Obviously it wasn’t good for my body! I then found another preworkout was was healthy for me but was soooo expensive. Don’t get me wrong, I liked it but I just couldn’t justify spending that much on it every month. I have followed Tiffany for about 3 years now and have been impressed with her journey and transformation. I loved the fact that she created her own supplements now and HEALTHY ones at that. This Stuff Really Works

I've had my doubts about pre-workout but decided to try this anyhow and man am I glad I did! Both my husband and I take it before the gym and we are able to work out longer without the muscle fatigue during and soreness after. I am caffeine sensitive but this does not give me the gitters or any issues. On my way to order more right now!
