Randi was kind enough to share her story with us. She’s tried just about everything in the past, but she feels she’s found something she can really commit to with the 21 Day Meal Plan. Here’s her full story in her own words:
My name is Randi, I’m 29 years old and weigh 202.6 as of today (2/22/19). I didn’t always weigh 202.6. I’ve been 140, 190, 225, and everywhere in between. For the majority of my adult life I’ve struggled with weight; I’ve been too fat, too skinny, too pregnant.
I’ve tried a lot of things to lose weight, too. Fasting, Low Carb, Shakes, the Cabbage Soup Diet, Lots of Cardio, No Cardio, High Weight-Low Reps, Low Weight-High Reps, specific workout programs… You name it, I’ve done it.
I found Tiffany scrolling through IG, like I’m sure most of us have. Then I found Jasmine and her success, and followed her journey for a while (and still do). I then found Amy and for some reason she struck me—she was SO relatable. Every truth she speaks, I feel or have felt that way at some point, too. I joined one of her lives and everyone in there was so supportive that I left the live and immediately purchased the plan, then came back to the live and my life has been changed ever since.
I’m not sure if it’s that the food is so good or that the girls are so friendly and supportive—they just let me jump into this movement and I am so blessed. The motivation, recipes, struggles, it’s just so overwhelming how much my life has improved since starting.
I’m finishing my first round of the 21 Day Meal Plan on Sunday, so I’m not 100% done yet, but I can’t tell you how much my life has been impacted because of you and your meal plan. It is literally life changing. This time it’s different, I can feel it, the pounds are staying off this time and I am making a lifelong commitment with your plan in tow.
