Like Reina, I struggled with obesity all my life. I also tried so many different ways to lose the weight, but nothing really worked, especially in the long-run. Obesity is something that I’ve struggled with all of my life. I tried many popular diets, outrageous diets, in the hope that one of them would help me lose weight, but none of them ever worked for me. After the birth of my second child, I realized it was time to change, not just for me, but for my children as well.
My sister stumbled upon the 21 Meal Day Plan and told me about it. She read about the successful stories of many people, and she thought it was a plan that could work for me. I bought the plan and I lost 13 pounds in the first round! I’m currently down 60 pounds since January 2019 and I’m living my best life!
