Stephanie’s 21 Day Meal Plan™ Success Story

I struggled to lose weight my whole life and I know I’m not alone in that. Losing weight and getting healthy can be really tough! But I was able to do it, and by sharing my successful actions, so many others have as well. It can be done! The 21 Day Meal Plan™ has empowered so many women (and some men, too!) to take control of their weight, their lifestyle, and their relationship with food.

With her permission, here’s Stephanie’s inspiring story:

Hi Tiff,

I am a 32-year-old mom of two daughters. I have always struggled with my weight and was always the “fat girl.” I have tried to lose weight a number of times and failed. I have tried a lot of ways to lose weight, from shakes to wraps to cleanses. 

In December of 2017, I was feeling huge, exhausted, and most importantly I was at the heaviest weight I’ve ever been at 240 lbs (I was 9 months pregnant). 

With both of my pregnancies I had medical issues. First pregnancy, I developed gallstones and ended up extremely sick. During my second pregnancy, I ended up with bleeding that they couldn’t figure out the reasoning behind. I ended up having to be off work earlier than expected. I believe that I was sick because of what I was eating! I cringe looking back at old photos of myself and I can’t believe I let myself get out of control. I used to think I could eat whatever I wanted and I’d be fine… I definitely wasn’t!

Food was my comfort.

Now? Food is my fuel and my comfort comes from the feelings I get when I crush NSVs and how much energy I have.

Thankfully, I dropped 17 lbs right after having my daughter in December of last year. Fast forward to now, I’ve been on my health and wellness journey since March 2018. I lost 19 lbs on my own before starting the 21 Day Meal Plan™ in June. Since then, I’ve been following it on and off and it has helped me lose 30 lbs (and counting). I am less bloated, have more energy, and am at the lowest weight I’ve ever been at as an adult. This meal plan has helped me change my relationship with food! 

I am striving to reach my goal of 175 and that goal is within my reach! I know that if I continue to push forward, I’ll be there in no time. The journey hasn’t been easy, but it is SOOOOOOO worth it!
