I didn’t start out at over 200 + pounds, so sometimes I feel like my weight loss wont look as drastic or as impressive as others… however… this plan has helped me to realize that it’s about more than who loses the most. It’s about DEDICATING my TIME and my ENERGY and my LOVE to MYSELF. I show up for everyone around me… but so often I just allow my own wants and needs to fall by the wayside. This 21 day plan has given me the opportunity to practice doing something for myself. 21 days. Less than 20.00$. I’ve had my ups and downs and my starts and restarts, BUT this plan never fails. I’ve been criticized by coworkers, I’ve been discouraged, and I’ve looked for ways of “cheating” and one thing remains true: I CAN do this. I deserve to do this for MYSELF. Yes,I’ve lost weight and I have more weight to lose, but more importantly, I’ve GAINED the strength I’ve been searching for, for so long. The strength to put myself first, at all costs and no matter what. This plan is laid out for 21 days but in reality it’s a LIFESTYLE, and what that means to me is to KEEP coming back. Day after day. Even if I fail 5 times out of 6. I am dedicated to myself, I have faith in myself, and I don’t need to compare myself to anyone but the person I was yesterday and the person I want to be tomorrow. This plan is so much more than a “diet” or a way of eating… it’s showing women how to invest in their futures, and how to make themselves a priority. I followed Tiffany on Instagram for ages, and when she published this meal plan I bought it almost straight away. I followed the Facebook group page and planned how I’m going to do this, and when I was ready I jumped in and started a healthier lifestyle. And I could not be happier!!🙌 It is easy to follow and it gets me results like nothing before. I started on the 8th of January and have been doing it mostly since then. I have had some slip ups but that’s alright as I want this to be a lifestyle and a long-term thing. And hey, if you like to eat something off plan once in a while, THAT’S OK if you get back on it as soon as possible! I have gained confidence and am so much happier and healthier than 6 months ago. I now I still have weight to loose but I also realize how far I’ve come. The best thing this plan has given me is the key to a healthy fun lifestyle and a support group that never fails to courage me in my journey to the best version of myself! I have been on my weight loss journey for about 6 years off and on. I felt tired and had almost given up on myself until I was referred to this plan in May by my cousin. I instantly followed tiffany on Instagram, watched my cousins progress along with all of the other people that Tiffany posted. I learned more about the plan and decided that it seemed easy and simple enough. Especially for less than $20!
When I started, I was 203 lbs. it doesn’t seem like a lot, but to me it was! I had tried Beachbody for the last year but still hadn’t made much progress. I got down to 193 but gained the 10 pounds back. I wanted a diet that wasn’t a diet. But rather a lifestyle change. That is exactly what this plan gave me. It gave me whole, real foods to eat. It pushed me to make the decision between being stuck, and striving for greatness. Getting my health back, or being this way forever. Not to mention the community of support. I started my weight-loss journey at 300LBS. I had no clue how to start or what I should be doing. I didn’t have a workout buddy or gym membership. All I had was a fighting desire to get myself healthier and be alive, not just present for my kids. I did it on my own and I lost 100LBS from home all while taking care of my two children. After I had my third child I found myself at a plateau. Nothing I did would budge the scale. I have followed , from the begging of my journey and in Dec purchased the plan. Since January I’ve lost an additional 30LBS from the @21daymealplan. I wish I had the plan from the beginning of my journey but I’m proud of how far I’ve come and I’m so close to my goal. 😘🤗
Beginning pregnancy weight was 210. I got to 275 while pregnant. Here I am, with a toddler and STILL haven’t lost the weight. Being a longtime follower of Tiffany I almost immediately bought the plan when it came out. If she could do it with a toddler, so could I. So I started at 245lbs. I did well for a week, lost 11lbs, and then veered off the plan, but not completely. Im currently dping the meal plan and am doen 10lbs! This plan has taught me so much! Over the course of the past 5 years I gained 85lbs. Almost 2 years ago I became I mother. 8 months ago I made a conscious decision to fix what I had allowed to happen to myself, and never allow my weight to become an intrusive part of my life ever again. A change in nutrition and exercise helped me lose 59lbs on my own but my efforts led to a very frustrating and discouraging 2 month plateau. During this time I discovered Tiffany’s instagram and it has literally changed my life. The 21 day meal plan was such a game changer to me because it not only broke my plateau right away, and helped me lose 10lbs in 21 days (so far), but it has given me a brand new perspective about nutrition and the foods that make my body feel best, completely reinventing and renewing my motivation and commitment to nourish my body better and reach my weight loss goals. I started my weight loss journey at 235 lbs after having my 3rd child. I found Tiffany during my journey and she kept me motivated to keep going, I lost 35 lbs on my own. When she released her meal plan I knew I had to buy it and try it because I’d watched her transformation and figured if it worked for her it’d maybe it’ll work for me. On her plan starting in Dec 2017 I lost over 20 lbs doing 2 rounds right away. Her meal plan has changed how I look at food and what I consider healthy. I never thought it was possible to fall in love with myself and have confidence again and doing this meal plan has given me all that back because I’m starting to feel comfortable in my skin again ♥️
After having 3 wonderful children, my body and mind changed for the worse. I didn’t love myself, nor how to make changes. I tried and failed through many duets and different nutrition plans, some made up, others the main stream plans. I felt worse after those showed no promises or outcomes. I started this plan because I have been on and off with meal plans and was feeling insecure about my body since having my second baby 8 months ago. I was 272 pounds when I gave birth last year, I lost 60 of the pounds through eating pretty healthy and working out. Since starting the 21 day meal plan, I’ve lost 13 pounds and plus my bloating going away has made a huge change in my appearance. I was so skeptical of buying this meal plan thinking it was just another plan, but so glad I did, it’s so easy to follow and great meal examples, the support factor has also been huge for me to keep motivated! I have been struggling with my weight and fluid retention for a long time now, I have been frustrated with my efforts and ready to have gastric bypass surgery … after doing a lot of research and going to the orientation, I decided that I need to give it one last try, to get myself on a path of a healthy lifestyle, this time I know that it’s not just about me shedding pounds, but to change my mindset and relationships with and around food, to build a healthier, stronger and leaner body… I do not have anything against bariatric surgery, I just feel that I need to give myself one more chance to do this on my own and after having a hysterectomy, a cholestectomy, tonsillectomy in just the last few years, I really don’t want to go through another major surgery and recovery just yet. I started following fatgirlfedup and came across dietbet and joined the fatgirlfedupdietbet about 2 weeks ago and then i seen a post for the 21 day meal plan and so many inspirational photos of transformation and dishes that looked tasty, simple and clean, I felt that it would be a great addition for my weight loss journey. I started the 21 day meal plan just about a week a go, and am so thankful that I did! It’s only been 5 days sense starting but yesterday I felt like something was different and today it hit me!, I lost about 2 lbs, but that’s not what got me… I normally have to take a fluid pill daily, because my hands and legs retain so mutch fluid but last night I woke up to use the restroom and realized that my feet did not hurt so much as they normally do when getting up after resting for a while and the all day today I did not feel any tightness in the back of my legs, even my pants felt loser around my calves and now as I type I have fingers, not little sausages 😀 oh and I have not taken a fluid pill sense day 2 of starting the 21 day meal plan :)) So happy that I started this, it’s simple, clean and I have not felt hungry, deprived or sluggish sense starting, I feel like this is a plan I can stick with and not just for 21 days, I see this as my new healthy lifestyle!
Hello my name is Xiomara, I am 27 years old and in the last 8 years I have gain weight like crazy. I reach my max weight 230lbs then I tried every different diet and none will give me results and as a result I would STOP and GIVE UP until February after following Tiffany and seeing the results of the 21 day meal plan I decided it was enough goofing around and I took charge of myself… I started doing the 21 day meal plan at 226.8 lbs and now 5 months later I am at 183.2 lbs. I had my second child March 2018, weighing the heaviest I’ve ever been. I started exercising beginning of May and ate healthy for the most part. I was able to lose 15 more pounds but hit a plateau. I cut calories and tried focusing on eating healthier, but nothing seemed to help drop the pounds.
I chalked it up to being a nursing mother and accepted not losing anymore weight until I finished nursing. I’m also 30 years old so I figured it could be age as well.

Since starting the meal plan, I have lost 6 pounds in SIX days. I am almost to my pre-baby weight!! There is no starving on this plan! And the best and most important part to me?
