I started my weight-loss journey at 300LBS. I had no clue how to start or what I should be doing. I didn’t have a workout buddy or gym membership. All I had was a fighting desire to get myself healthier and be alive, not just present for my kids. I did it on my own and I lost 100LBS from home all while taking care of my two children. After I had my third child I found myself at a plateau. Nothing I did would budge the scale. I have followed , from the begging of my journey and in Dec purchased the plan. Since January I’ve lost an additional 30LBS from the @21daymealplan. I wish I had the plan from the beginning of my journey but I’m proud of how far I’ve come and I’m so close to my goal. 😘🤗
