Over the course of the past 5 years I gained 85lbs. Almost 2 years ago I became I mother. 8 months ago I made a conscious decision to fix what I had allowed to happen to myself, and never allow my weight to become an intrusive part of my life ever again. A change in nutrition and exercise helped me lose 59lbs on my own but my efforts led to a very frustrating and discouraging 2 month plateau. During this time I discovered Tiffany’s instagram and it has literally changed my life. The 21 day meal plan was such a game changer to me because it not only broke my plateau right away, and helped me lose 10lbs in 21 days (so far), but it has given me a brand new perspective about nutrition and the foods that make my body feel best, completely reinventing and renewing my motivation and commitment to nourish my body better and reach my weight loss goals.
