I started this plan because I have been on and off with meal plans and was feeling insecure about my body since having my second baby 8 months ago. I was 272 pounds when I gave birth last year, I lost 60 of the pounds through eating pretty healthy and working out. Since starting the 21 day meal plan, I’ve lost 13 pounds and plus my bloating going away has made a huge change in my appearance. I was so skeptical of buying this meal plan thinking it was just another plan, but so glad I did, it’s so easy to follow and great meal examples, the support factor has also been huge for me to keep motivated! I’m excited to see this plan help me lose the other 50 pounds to bring me back to my pre-Baby weight.
