Beginning pregnancy weight was 210. I got to 275 while pregnant. Here I am, with a toddler and STILL haven’t lost the weight. Being a longtime follower of Tiffany I almost immediately bought the plan when it came out. If she could do it with a toddler, so could I. So I started at 245lbs. I did well for a week, lost 11lbs, and then veered off the plan, but not completely. Im currently dping the meal plan and am doen 10lbs! This plan has taught me so much! How to make healthier choices, reading and understanding labels and learning what works for my body. This is only the beginning but with the support system of the FB page I can do anything!
