What I’m eating now

A lot of people want me to do a “what I eat in a day” video but the truth is what I eat every day is so different day to day.

I figured instead, I could just post some of my favorite foods that I have found. I am dairy and gluten free so of course that really limits me from how I used to eat.

I try and only eat foods that don’t make me feel bad after I eat them, though of course that can be really difficult sometimes. For the most part, 90% of this time though, I follow this rule.  When I was obese, I would eat 3 – 4 meals a day and every time after I ate, I felt so crappy. I don’t do this anymore. It’s important to me to not feel like crap after I eat, otherwise I won’t be motivated to exercise and I will want to stay in bed.

Hopefully this helps you guys experiment in trying new healthier things 🙂

Is any of it the same as the “bad” version? No it’s not. But funny enough, after enough time goes by, it will be the new normal for you and you will no longer “compare” these to the “bad”. Even though right now I’m sure that doesn’t seem possible!
