What workouts do I do?

I started with Insanity Max 30. I saw it on an infomercial while on vacation shortly after my daughter was born. I loved the idea of the max out time where you go as long as you can before you need to take a break. Your only goal is to surpass the time the next time you do it. I did this for 60 days, twice. Loved it.

Then I did T-25 which is with the same trainer Shaun T. That was also amazing! It was only 25 minutes a day but it was super intense!

After that I wanted to try another one of Beachbody’s workouts. They made Insanity Max 30, T-25 and so many others. I heard so much about 21 day fix so I bought that one and tried it next.

21 Day Fix is probably my favorite now because ANYONE can do it. It is a weighted and non-weighted workout and has designated days. Some cardio days, some pilates, some yoga, arms and legs. It can be used with heavy weights to make it super intense, or 2 pound weight to make it super easy. There is also a moderator with no weights for people who are just starting out. I love the idea of that.
