Low Carb Meal Plan on a Budget
I created a 7 day meal plan for a tight budget for those who are looking at beginning their Clean Ketogenic journey but have to watch their grocery bills.
This particular guide is listed with 3 meals a day. If you are intermittent fasting and skipping breakfast, then this will be even cheaper for you.
For this shopping trip, I went to the store ALDI (not affiliated with them in any way). You can shop at any grocery store. The focus of this book is to be budget friendly. Any recipe in this book can have ingredients added or subtracted. You can opt for the highest quality organic version of each of the items, or the most affordable according to your current budget. If you want sides added to each of the items, that can be done too. The more expensive brands I purchased came out to $108. You will have leftovers of chicken thighs, butter, sour cream, heavy cream, lemon, almond flour, spices and condiments. If you're starting and you already have some basic condiments, the total would have been $86 for the week of eating.
Everything in here is super easy to make. Everything is gluten free. If you don't eat eggs, this will not be suitable for you as many of the recipes include them, dairy as well.
