I work out daily and drink my electrolytes which helps me stay alert for my 10 -hour days, usually 6 days a week!! My Dad is 91, he'll be 92 in October... He has a super pubic catheter and his urine hasn't looked good. We try to get him to drink more, but he has dementia as well. It's hard. Anyway.. while I was preparing my drink the word, "hydrate" was blinking at me!!! I thought of my dad immediately! After work, I went to visit him and told his caretakers to start giving this to my dad every day! His urine looks GREAT!! Wish I would have thought of this sooner! Thank you for the electrolytes! It's been a gift to my dad.

This one was too sweet too i think its the stevia. But will probably try the sour candy one.

I love these chocolate greens and have used them for years. It’s the perfect way to sweeten my iced coffee and add a bit of a “mocha” flavor without the added sugar and calories. Highly recommend!!
