I recently ordered a couple of products from the my adventure to fit store. I ordered blue raspberry electrolytes and caramel whey protein powder. I must say that the electrolytes have changed my life in a short amount of time. I read an article a few weeks ago about just drinking water only does not really keep your body properly hydrated. You also need electrolytes. I was shocked by the information. I immediately thought "this whole time, I thought I was doing something by drinking my water. You need electrolytes. Electrolytes are good for heart health, your bones and teeth. It helps with the muscle cramps to which I was experiencing big time. I don't like the way those cramps feel. I would be sleeping and I would get cramps in my legs. It would interrupt my sleep. I had to do something about it and I did. I ordered electrolytes from Mrs. Tiffany. It was a good decision. My body feel so good. I feel hydrated, no cramps. It hasnt been a week yet but I feel good. I will definitely order again.

The whey protein powder was also a great decision. Ivhave a problem with not getting enough protein. I like the powder because it's easy to make and it's a great option if you are not wanting food. WOW!!!!!!! I had been seeing products from Instagram advertising about this brand for months. I was honestly hesitating about buying it worried that I wouldn’t like the taste. I just got mine in the mail today along with the watermelon candy flavor. I haven’t had a chance to try the watermelon candy just yet but I just tried the blue raspberry. OMG!!!! It taste so amazing!!! I am so happy I made the purchase. The flavoring is so good. I am so happy I found this brand. I made a promise to my kids and husband that this year I was going to make better and healthier life choices. That starts with the electrolytes. I am one very happy and excited momma!!

So i have been watching you on youtube. And fell in love with your videos and your journey to where you are today. So i seen your electrolytes and wanted to order them so bad. But I was waiting for a good sale. And you had one for Christmas so I ordered a blue raspberry for my cousin and a watermelon one for me. So we tried each flavor. And OMG the blue raspberry is the fricken best flavor. So i was jealous she took the blue. So i went back on your site and you had another great sale for new years. So i ordered a damn blue raspberry for myself. I am obsessed With it. Thank you so much Tiffany for being an inspiration. I stopped drinking pop 3 months ago and have lost 7 pounds.
