Avocado & Berry Smoothie Bowl


  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 date, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Toppings: fresh berries, granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes 


  1. In a blender, combine the avocado, frozen banana, mixed berries, date, peanut butter, almond milk, honey, cinnamon and chia seeds.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender.
  3. Pour smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Top with your favorite toppings.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
