This challenge breaks away from the ordinary. Our vibrant community, with over 27k like-minded individuals, will be your companions throughout the next 29 days.

While exercise is encouraged, it's not mandatory for achieving your goals during this phase.

Steps to join:

  1. Download the Live Laugh Mustard guidebook. Discover how to enjoy fresh fruits, veggies, and protein that keep you full. Don't worry - mustard isn't required ;)

  2. Connect with the Live Laugh Mustard Facebook community. This is where we share our weight loss meals, daily check-ins, and more.

  3. Declutter your fridge and pantry, organizing everything for easy access. Shop for the foods in the guide so you're ready to start on February 1st.

  4. Consider printing your guidebook at home or through office supply stores for a tangible copy on your counter during the challenge (optional).

  5. Select your favorite water bottle and keep it on the counter – the one you'll use throughout the challenge. Electrolytes?  Yes please. Pick your favorite flavor here.

  6. Plan for any social gatherings or events in February to have an exact strategy for handling dining out during that time.
