Sugar-Free Protein Pancakes


  • 1 cup cottage cheese 
  • 1 cup almond flour 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes before flipping.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite toppings & enjoy!
