Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes before flipping.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings & enjoy!
