Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 1 oz cream cheese
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cream of tartar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°
- Separate egg yolks and whites into two bowls.
- Soften cream cheese and add to egg yolks with salt.
- Whip egg whites and cream of tartar with an electric mixer until stiff.
- Gently fold in egg yolk mixture into egg white mixture.
- For a wrap style, pour mixture onto a baking sheet. For circle shape, scoop a mound and flatten slightly.
- Bake 30 minutes & enjoy!
