Cloud Bread


  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 oz cream cheese
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cream of tartar


  1. Preheat oven to 300°
  2. Separate egg yolks and whites into two bowls.
  3. Soften cream cheese and add to egg yolks with salt.
  4. Whip egg whites and cream of tartar with an electric mixer until stiff.
  5. Gently fold in egg yolk mixture into egg white mixture.
  6. For a wrap style, pour mixture onto a baking sheet. For circle shape, scoop a mound and flatten slightly.
  7. Bake 30 minutes & enjoy!
