Fat Fiction Shattered My World 😨

When I first decided to start Keto mid 2021, I was extremely skeptical of the whole idea.

From all of the social media influencers online, I believed that Keto was a fad diet. "Calories In vs. Calories Out" was not only the most important thing to track, but the ONLY thing to track! Even though I was counting calories, I was not losing any weight.

When someone does not lose weight while counting calories, they are considered A LIAR! I knew what my exact macros were, but I still was gaining weight!

This was driving me absolutely crazy, so I decided that if I am following what everyone was saying and it wasn't working for me, I might as well give another type of diet a shot.

This led me into a ton of research, and this led me into doing intermittent fasting and Clean Keto.

(If you want to see exactly how my journey started, you can read about it here.)

I started having a little success, but I still had so much "knowledge" which told me that Keto shouldn't work.

I ended up finding a documentary about called Fat Fiction which changed EVERYTHING for me. It explained what lies I was taught, and why High Carb diets are encouraged in our country! This was a 'Red Pill' moment for me.

If you are having trouble sorting through the conflicting messages about diet, then this is an amazing place to start!

This documentary is free on YouTube, and you can find it here.
