HALLIE IS DOWN 57 POUNDS!

I don’t even know where to begin, honestly. I found the plan on Instagram, and I just knew there had to be a catch… I thought it was too good to be true, so I followed a few people for about 3 months before finally purchasing and starting the meal plan. All I can say is don’t wait—there isn’t a catch, this is real, attainable, and nothing short of amazing!!! 

One year, 365 days, 50+ pounds down, 50+ INCHES lost, food addictions LOST, and SO SO SO much gain. .
.


I’ve gained confidence, friendships, strength, and so much more! .

I could write a book about this past 365 days but i’ll try to keep it short.

1. only you can do this for you. you have to get up, decide you want more and GO AFTER IT!


2. it’s hard. i wish i could say this past year has been easy and while there have been easy days there have been REALLY HARD DAYS. push through.


3. KEEP GOING! if someone would have said last year on November 5th, it’ll take you one year to lose 55 pounds I might have never started. that seems like a daunting; long, painful road.. but looking back I am SO glad I started and not only started but I’ve KEPT GOING!


4. YOU CAN DO THIS. if I can, you can! I’ve struggled with my weight, binge eating, closet eating, hypothyroidism and SO much more my ENTIRE LIFE. don’t let your past dictate your future.

I cannot say thank you enough to Tiffany and all the Meal Plan Babes™. This tribe is unbreakable and I wouldn’t still be on this journey without each and every one of you! ♥️
