Breakfast Crack

3 eggs cooked over medium 

1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese warmed in a pan

1 black bean veggie burger  cooked in the air fryer for 10 mins 

avocado oil spray 


fry eggs over medium

melt cottage cheese in the same pan


To make the spicy version, add red chili flakes, onion powder and garlic powder.
