I have been following you on Instagram for a little while and I have been making breakfast and lunch plates for myself. I was once 320 ponds and it took me four years to loose 168 ponds after which I got pregnant and gained 40 ponds and since then I have put on an additional 40 ponds. I have been trying to get my mojo back but I just have had so much trouble. Anyway thank you for the inspiration and motivation its 90% of the battle.
